How did I become a member of the kothes team?
After completing my degree in technical communication and knowledge management I wanted to gain experience quickly, and I wanted to do so by working for a service provider company with a wide range of customers and a well-developed concept of innovation where my work would be varied. Above all I wanted an employer who would challenge and support me, and who would demand the same high-level quality for results as I would myself. I found all that here at kothes.
What do I like about my job?
Widely diverging customer requirements and a stream of new developments call for a constant supply of new, smart solutions and strategies. Developing and implementing them with my colleagues in order to serve our customers’ interests is highly enjoyable.
What are my professional goals at kothes?
I want to continue providing the best possible support to our customers and developing future-oriented solutions, in order to supply users with the information they need, and in order to exploit the potential of intelligent concepts for information logistics.
I also want to create a work environment that helps my colleagues do their best work every day.
