How did I become a member of the kothes team?
I discovered kothes when I was looking for a challenging part-time job that offered fair pay and was not too far from my home.
As someone who entered this field with a background in the media industry, I was fairly familiar with the world of service providers and had experience in working with customers in a variety of industries. What was entirely new to me was the field of technical documentation and the range of services involved.
I joined the inside sales team in 2010. In the beginning I was given numerous training courses and seminars to get me up to speed on specialist matters. As the company is constantly evolving, I have now returned to my roots and now coordinate the marketing department at kothes.
