Key Account Manager
Imagine you are standing in front of a complex machine - all the cogwheels interlock, but only when the operating instructions are there everything runs smoothly. This is exactly what has always fascinated me: simplifying complex structures and giving people guidance. After studying Industrial Engineering in Utrecht (NL), this passion led me into the documentation and training sector. I have been working in this field for over 30 years, and in 2016 I found my place at kothes - in the highest home office in Germany, at 838 metres in the idyllic Allgäu region. Here, as Key Account Manager, I look after customers in southern Germany, Vorarlberg and Switzerland, with a clear goal: to create solutions that not only promise smart information, but deliver it.
Have you ever had the feeling that you are in exactly the right place? For me, that's my job at kothes. It's the people - highly motivated colleagues with whom I can develop something new every day. It's the freedom to work in a creative and solution-oriented way. And it's the opportunity to support customers achieving their goals. Every day is different, every challenge is unique, and that's what drives me. My job is like a toolbox - filled with communication skills, creativity and experience that I can use flexibly.
‘Standing still is going backwards’ - a phrase that is more than just a cliché for me. My goal at kothes is to continuously drive innovation and take smart information to the next level. Why is that? Because I am convinced that our customers will only remain successful if we offer them real added value - through customised solutions, innovative approaches or new impulses that put them ahead of the competition.
For me, this means constantly thinking outside the box, remaining curious and shaping the future together with a great team.
