How did I become a member of the kothes team?

As a trained laboratory chemist and with a degree in technical editing I held a position at Rheinmetall Technical Publications GmbH that involved documenting complex maintenance and troubleshooting procedures for Airbus aircraft. I was also able to gain experience during documentation projects for the arms industry. I moved to kothes because I wanted to create new concepts for user information in small and innovative teams.

What do I like about my job?

Why do I like coming to work in the morning? What motivates me every day is discovering early game-changers in our current and future markets and ideally developing and offering new informational solutions with our customers and cooperation partners.

What are my professional goals at kothes?

The world of user information and user assistance is changing. Information still needs to be prepared didactically to suit specific target audiences – the traditional craft of technical documentation. But information is becoming more intelligent. Technologies such as augmented reality and virtual reality serve as new channels for conveying knowledge. Artificial intelligence provides the user with information when they need it. What I want to achieve here at kothes is to recognise these new ways before others do, and to enable our customers to use them with intelligent informational concepts.
