Partnership between kothes and gds

The PROVIDE business unit at kothes GmbH has set itself the goal of always offering customers the best solution for creating and publishing user information. Selecting and introducing professional software such as content management systems or content delivery portals play a major role in this context.

Our aim at kothes is to offer our customers the widest possible range of solutions. With gds GmbH, kothes is now adding another strong partner to its cooperation network – a partner that has not one but three systems in its portfolio to meet different requirements. The two content management systems docuglobe and XR/engineering cover the needs of smaller and larger technical editorial department. Rounding out the product range is easybrowse, a portal solution for digital provision of information, and one that has been established and developed over the course of many years.

For Lars Kothes, Managing Director of kothes GmbH, the partnership is a real asset: “Innovative systems and many years of experience in the documentation world – in gds we have gained another well-known software provider as a cooperation partner. The software solutions from gds are a wonderful addition and complement to our portfolio. We have recently already been recommending gds products to some consulting customers, who have then successfully introduced them. Now we would like to expand the cooperation and in the future, in addition to consulting and system implementation, we will also be offering support services and individual development services for extensions and interfaces for the gds systems.”

Ulrich Pelster, Managing Director of gds GmbH, adds: “kothes is an extremely experienced service provider with experts in technical writing as well as in adapting content management systems. We are very pleased to have a strong partner at our side here, knowing that our systems – and customers – are in competent hands.”
