The truck, loaded with surgical respiratory tract suction devices, from our customer ATMOS MedizinTechnik GmbH & Co. KG, was already prepared for departure in the yard. What was missing to put the devices into operation in Spain was the translated Instructions for Use.
Rapid help was needed. We were able to deliver the required translated documents to our customer within 48 hours.
Conclusion: Fast help was received in Spain, a customer was satisfied, and kothes was happy.
